An initiation, an expedition, a trial through instruction, exploration, and ritual.
The aim is to forge leaders who hold the kind of Eldership able to retrieve the lost waters of life and death, and deliver them to community.
Admission by application—Group size limited to 15.
Currently there are opportunities for a few applicants to the WEST COAST Canada | Australia cohort for January 2023.

Most of the time, I am disappointed in their work, and discover that they have borrowed processes, and do not fully understand the meaning of “ritual” and “ceremony.” Not in the case of Jones. He facilitates from a place much deeper than most humans have ever gone."
